本案位于珠海·中信红树湾，是一套 350㎡ 的顶层复式。业主希望打造一个 法式复古且简约 的居住空间。设计师在硬装上弱化了传统法式的繁复装饰，以经典雕花、门窗系统及局部石膏线 细腻点缀，营造优雅的法式氛围。同时，软装搭配现代家具，使空间在典雅之中融入当代的实用性，呈现出既复古又不失简约的居住体验。

This project is a 350㎡ penthouse duplex located in Zhuhai Citic Mangrove Bay. The homeowner envisioned a French vintage yet minimalist living space. The designer toned down traditional French decorative elements in the architectural details, instead incorporating classic carvings, refined door and window systems, and subtle plaster moldings to evoke a French ambiance. Meanwhile, modern furniture selections in the soft furnishings balance elegance with contemporary functionality, creating a living environment that is both timeless and practical.
