本次的项目位于珠海香洲区，面积约3000平。原建筑为厂房结构，经过我们改造后成为了展厅，办公，接待的科技企业办公室，旁边联合研发和生产，在平面布局上，我们将办公单位沿外布置，让员工的工作氛围更加明亮，舒适，而一些对采光需求低的会议室，电话间等空间往单位的中心设计。
The project is located in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, covering an area of approximately 3,000 square meters. The original structure was a factory building, which we transformed into a technology company office featuring exhibition hall, office, and reception areas. The adjacent area is used for joint research and development and production. In terms of layout, we arranged the office units along the outer perimeter to create a brighter and more comfortable working atmosphere for the employees. Meanwhile, spaces such as conference rooms and phone booths with low lighting requirements were designed towards the center of the units.
入口和前台空间运用不锈钢，白色饰面板和微水泥等材质让空间富有科技感和层次感，同色系加以绿色点缀的logo置于前台背景墙面视觉中心，再用线性灯留白式地勾勒了空间框架，除去一切不必要的装饰，现代，极简。
The entrance and reception area utilize materials such as stainless steel, white decorative panels, and micro-cement to create a sense of technology and layers in the space. The logo, accented with green to match the color scheme, is placed at the visual center of the reception background wall. Linear lighting outlines the space framework in a minimalist style, eliminating any unnecessary decorations. The result is a modern and sleek design.

我们采用了柔和的色调和自然的材质，如木质地板和植物，来营造轻松愉悦的氛围。此外，我们还增加了一些休息区域，如茶水间和休息室，为员工提供更加便捷和舒适的工作体验。
